このたび、EXILE TRIBE mobileにおける海外発行のMastercard(マスターカード)の決済取引を、2021/9/30(木)をもちまして終了することとなりました。
海外発行のMastercard(マスターカード)で決済されているお客様は、取引終了日をもって、ご利用中のサービスが退会されます。
引き続き、ご利用をご希望されるお客様は、日本国内発行のクレジットカード決済のご利用もしくは、キャリア決済のいずれかをご利用の上、再度ご入会いただけますようお願いいたします。
なお、現在のアカウント情報で引き続きご利用をご希望される場合は、取引終了日までに以下の＜引継ぎ方法＞のURLより、引継ぎパスワードを発行の上、お手続きをお願いいたします。

（１）取引終了日時までに、会員データ引継ぎページより、パスワード発行をお願いいたします。
（２）2021/10/1(金)0:00以降、ご利用のサービスが順次退会となりますので、退会後、（１）にて発行されたパスコードをご登録の上、新規登録をお願いいたします。
※EXILE TRIBE mobile、EXILE chの退会処理をお客様側から行うことができません。
取引終了日までお待ちいただくか、終了日前に退会されたい方は事務局までお問い合わせください。

As of September 30 (Thu), 2021 (JST), Mastercards which were issued outside of Japan will no longer be accepted as a valid method of payment.
Membership accounts for customers paying with Mastercards which were issued outside of Japan will be terminated as of September 30 (Thu), 2021 (JST).
If you wish to continue your membership, please sign up for a new account and choose one of the following payment methods: 1) credit card issued within Japan; or 2) mobile carrier billing.
If you wish to transfer your current account information and data to your new account, please obtain a new password from the URL listed below under the header “Data Transfer” by the termination date of Mastercard payments and complete all necessary procedures according to the instructions.
Mastercards which were issued outside of Japan will no longer be accepted as a valid form of payment.

(1) Please obtain a new password by accessing the above URL before the termination of Mastercard payments on September 30 (Thu), 2021, 23:59 (JST).
(2) The current membership account will be terminated as of October 1 (Fri.), 2021, 0:00 (JST). After confirming that your current account has been terminated* (see footnote below for termination procedures), please sign up for a new membership account from the EXILE TRIBE mobile/EXILE ch sites using the newly issued password.
* Please note that you will not be able to unilaterally terminate your current account before the termination date of Mastercard payments. Your current account will terminate automatically on September 30 (Thu), 2021, 23:59 (JST). If you wish to terminate your current account before the termination date please contact the management office.
