・If the evidence information provided is correct, this means the registration is successful. The eligible customers can use their own 13 digits Thai national ID number as a code to buy “THE RAMPAGE FAN EVENT IN THAILAND” ticket in the THAI FAN PRESALES round on Ticket Melon website.
・If the evidence information provided is incorrect, this means the registration is unsuccessful. The company has rights to cut that particular customer out from the THAI FAN PRESALES eligible list.
・1 Thai National ID number have rights to buy 1 time or in another word, 1 ticket.
・The company’s decision is considered final.

ABOUT THE BENEFITS :
・When receiving the benefit at registration booth, event ticket and passport/Thai ID card is required.
・Only the person who purchased the ticket will be able to receive the benefit.
・Please show the MY PAGE on fan club website to the registration staff.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchange of benefit except on site.
・Please note that in any cases, we will not be able to respond to your request at a later date.
・For GROUP PHOTO and THE RAMPAGE PROFILE CARD benefits, lucky fans list will be announced on the 1st December 2023.
・For GROUP PHOTO benefit holders, GROUP PHOTO benefit will operate before the show. Event time table will be announced later.
・For GROUP PHOTO benefit holders, GROUP PHOTO will be taken using camera prepared by the organizer. The organizer will upload GROUP PHOTO and announce the download channel on the organizer's SNS later after the event.
・GROUP PHOTO benefit does not allow gift-giving to the artist during the activity.
